How do I return an item for a refund?

You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your request has been approved, you will have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned worn, damaged, or in a condition that makes them unsuitable for resale.

If your original order qualified for free shipping and your return brings the total below that threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Can I exchange my item?

We offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if items are not returned in a resellable condition.

Do you offer free returns?

We do not currently offer free returns.

We strongly recommend sending your return using a tracked and insured service, with proof of postage and delivery.
Please keep your receipt and tracking details until your return has been processed, as we cannot issue a refund without receiving the item.


What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

We’re sorry if something isn’t right with your order.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at support@ within 14 days of delivery.
Our team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
